To the People of the Dominican Republic

Concerning Benny Hinn

The American faith healer, Benny Hinn, is scheduled to conduct an International Crusade in the Dominican Republic on January 26-27, 2007. Many people who truly love Jesus Christ will attend the crusade hoping and praying they will be healed.

But when they find out they aren't healed, they will blame themselves. In many cases, their faith in God will grow weak and crumble.

Every year around the world, Benny Hinn's "Miracle" crusades leave a trail-of-tears and broken hearts. Despite the articles, books, videos, DVDs, and news media documentaries that expose his legacy of deception, professing Christians flock to to Benny Hinn's "healing" crusades by the thousands, and blindly donate their hard-earned money to support Hinn's extravagant lifestyle of expensive homes, cars, airplanes, jewelry, and custom-made clothing.

Yes, God still heals and still performs miracles. But if Benny Hinn truly had the Biblical gift of healing, as outlined in 1 Corinthians chapter 12, he would immediately go to the hospitals, emergency rooms, and nursing homes in every country he visits, and lay hands on the sick and dying.

Now, as Benny Hinn visits the Dominican Republic, his legacy of deception will continue, unless the people of the Dominican Republic refuse to attend the crusade.

False prophets, false teachers, and false healers like Benny Hinn flourish because well-meaning, but gullible believers fail to put them to the Biblical test and study their Bibles (1 Thessalonians 5:21; 2 Timothy 2:15; 1 John 4:1).

Put Benny Hinn to the Biblical test. When he gets

off the airplane, take him to the nearest hospital

to 'lay hands' on the sick and dying. If they aren't

healed, put Benny Hinn back on the plane!

Once Benny Hinn's airplane lands in the Dominican Republic, Christian Research Service suggests that the Dominican Republic officials immediately drive him to the nearest hospital to "lay hands" the sick and dying. If Benny Hinn has the true, New Testament gift of healing (as outlined in 1 Corinthians chapter 12), then the bedridden and lame will walk; the diseased will be healed; the weak will be made strong; those with amputated limbs will instantly grow new arms and legs; children confined to wheelchairs with Spina Bifida and Multiple Sclerosis will get out of their wheelchairs and walk; the suffering will find peace; broken bones will be mended; the blind will gain their sight; the deaf will hear; the dead will be raised to life.

However, if Benny Hinn fails the Biblical test, put him back on the plane!

Benny Hinn's  prophecies, teachings, and healing crusades are dangerous to the spiritual and physical welfare of believers worldwide. If you truly love Jesus Christ, then obey His Scriptural warnings in Matthew chapter 24, and stay completely away from the false teachers of our day.

Therefore, stay home. Spend time with your family. Read and study your Bible. Use your money to feed the hungry and shelter the homeless.

Jesus said: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves (Matthew 7:15). Have faith in Jesus Christ, not Benny Hinn.

We truly love the people of the Dominican Republic, and pray you will strongly consider this letter when Benny Hinn visits your country.

Sincerely in Christ,
