The deception is so  obvious that it reaches out and laughs at Christians who practice it.  Yoga--regardless of what shape, form or fashion it is packaged in--is an unfruitful deed of darkness. To practice it lends credibility to the false gods of Hinduism and the traditions of men, and is a rebellious violation of the commands of Scripture (Exodus 20:3; Deuteronomy 6:14; Ephesians 5:11; Colossians 2:8).
