Pro-Family Group Removes Pro-Gay Authors from Online Bookstores

Within a few days of being contacted by Christian Research Service and concerned Christians, the American Family Association has removed nine pro-gay authors from its two online Christian bookstores.

And Bud Press, Director of Christian Research Service, is applauding AFA for their quick response to the information provided on July 27.

"AFA is at the forefront in the battle for family values and against the gay agenda," Press said. "It's obvious that AFA is more concerned with the spiritual welfare of the body of Christ than the bottom line."

"AFA has clearly demonstrated that it doesn't take weeks or months to remove non-Christian materials from an online Christian bookstore," Press said, "and I hope they will continue to monitor their online bookstores to prevent this from happening in the future."

Press said he commends AFA for their response. At the same time, he encourages concerned Christians to contact AFA and share their appreciation.

"Christians are called to be faithful, not victorious," said Press. "If Christians will be faithful, no matter what the cost, God will bless their efforts and receive the glory."
