The 'Emerging Church': Straying from the Gospel

Pastor Falwell,
Warning readers of The Emerging Church via a commentary that begins with the wisdom of Peter Drucker, is like warning the western world about the rise of Nazism in an expose on The Third Reich that begins with an endearing quote from Adolf Hitler!
Peter Drucker was "instrumental" in the creation of The Leadership Network from which the Emerging church sprang, as chronicled on The Leadership Network's own Advance website:
"A close friend and mentor of Leadership Network founder Bob Buford, Drucker was instrumental in the forming of Leadership Network and its development over the years."
Your closing statement is even more outrageous:
"While I have no problem with the church adapting to the culture, we must ensure that we remain painstakingly true to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that we remain obedient servants to His truths."
Excuse me sir, but the Church simply cannot "adapt to the culture" and remain true to the Gospel of Jesus Christ because they are in complete opposition!
It is precisely because of the Church's rush to "relevance" that it is in its current state of deterioration.
We would do better to repent and adapt to The Word of God instead!
