Greg Johnson is an ex-Mormon and the President of Standing Together. Robert Millet is a dedicated, lifelong Mormon who is, according to his BYU Bio, a Professor of Religious Understanding and Professor of Ancient Scripture and, "Now holds a joint appointment with Church Public Affairs (Manager of Outreach and Interfaith Relations)."
Presently, Johnson and Millet are engaged in "dialogues" that take them into Christian churches across the nation and abroad. Both Johnson and Millet are part of the "outstanding lineup" of speakers at the 2005 FAIR Conference in August.
A Different Jesus? The Christ of the Latter-Day Saints is endorsed by Richard Mouw (Fuller Seminary), Craig Blomberg (Denver Seminary), David Neff (Christianity Today), Craig Hazen (Biola University and Vice President of EMNR), and Greg Johnson.
The following is a partial word-for-word transcript of the weekly "Bob and Greg in Conversation" show, which was broadcast on KTMW-TV20 (Salt Lake City, Utah) on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 (video-tape of entire broadcast on file).

Greg Johnson: I wanted to share with you, just by way of fun fact, that Bob Millet has a new book that has just been released. He wouldn't take the initiative to say this on his own behalf so, let me just share a brand new book by Eerdmans Publishing, which I think is really significant, because it marks the very first time in the history of Eerdmans Publishing--a really well known Protestant publishing house out of Grand Rapids, Michigan--has published a Mormon author. The title of the book, Bob, is...
Robert Millet: A Different Jesus? The Christ of the Latter-Day Saints.
Greg Johnson: So, Bob has taken, made an attempt to articulate from his perspective--as one member of the LDS church and as a scholar and a Professor of Religion at BYU--to do something very unique and really tackle the question of what is the understanding, the person, the role of Jesus Christ to him as a Mormon, and to him as a member of the Latter-day Saint community, and certainly as a faculty member at BYU. So you might look on Amazon.com. You might check your local bookstore. I think it will be available in a lot of different bookstores. And I think it's a worthwhile endeavor. I think it is a unique offering in the sense that we have a number of Evangelicals that endorse the book: David Neff, the Senior Editor of Christianity Today; Craig Hazen from Biola University; Craig Blomberg from Denver Seminary, and Richard Mouw from Fuller Seminary...
Robert Millet: Even Pastor Greg Johnson.
Greg Johnson: Well, there you go. I did, but that's probably isn't going to sell any books (laughter). So I just would encourage you to take the chance to look that up and you might find that interesting. I know we get so many calls and so many e-mails regarding what do Mormons believe about Jesus. Is the Mormon Jesus a different Jesus? Well, by hence the title, maybe it's a worthwhile read for you. And certainly, you can't judge a book until you've read it. So think about that if you're told that you shouldn't read it.
